Toshiba Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. This Rewards incentive is only open to bona fide registered rewards members purchasing Toshiba air conditioning products via Toshiba Carrier UK Ltd (TCUK) directly, or via an authorised Toshiba Distributor, Toshiba Wholesaler or Toshiba Approved Re-seller.

2. If your sales channel is through authorised Toshiba Distributors, Toshiba Wholesalers or Toshiba Approved Re-sellers your application will be forwarded to the relevant Toshiba approved and recognised person within your supplier organisation for approval.

3. Points will be awarded 60 days following month End of purchase.

•  Toshiba registered rewards member receive points based on 0.5% of invoiced purchases.

Points may be redeemed for LOVE2SHOP gift cards, vouchers, Toshiba air conditioning units and accessories, air conditioning trade installation tools, branded clothing and branded merchandise.

Items may be substituted for similar products dependent on availability. Alternative items cannot be selected and the warranty is with the manufacturer of the item and the rewards member. TCUK has no involvement in warranty other than for Toshiba air conditioning products.

4. In the event of any dispute the decision of TCUK will be final and binding. Each point must be redeemed within 12 months of the award date. TCUK reserves the right to amend or terminate the incentive without notice..

5. All participation in the incentive implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. The promoter is Toshiba Carrier UK Ltd, United Technologies House, Guildford Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 9UT.

6. Products will not be supplied in the event of any rewards incentive member breaching either TCUK’s Terms of Sale or the Terms of Sale on an authorised Toshiba Distributor, Toshiba Wholesaler or Toshiba Approved Re-seller (as may be applicable). If your account is overdue TCUK or an authorised Toshiba Distributor, Toshiba Wholesaler or Toshiba Approved Re-seller reserve the right to withdraw your points until the account is cleared.

7. TCUK reserves the rights to change the value of the points at any time.

8. TCUK reserves the right to share your points information internally within TCUK.
