Before you place your very first order, you MUST make sure you
a) have a Reloadable Love2shop card, if you don’t have a Reloadable card, please order one via the Rewards store
b) have added your Love2shop card number to Your Profile
To access your account details, once logged in click on your name in the top right hand corner and click My Profile
Further, we have have a number of other reward options that you can spend your points on! These will be posted to an address of your choice or if you select an e-code you will receive an email with the code.
Please note that once you have purchased an e-code it cannot be refunded.
Before you can spend your points, you must redeem them onto your Love2shop card. It's really easy to do, simply:
- Make sure your card details are correct in Your Profile page - your Love2shop card number MUST be stored correctly otherwise we cannot top up your card!
- go to the Rewards store
- select the Love2shop Top up card
- select the amount you want transferring onto your card
- click 'Checkout' and 'Confirm' to complete the process
1 point = £1.00, therefore 10 points = £10.00
First make sure you have added your 19 digit card number under ’Profile’ as top ups will not be processed if your card number is not linked to your account.
All top up requests are processed the next working day, you can check if your top up is ready on your card by visiting www.love2shop.co.uk/balance and enter your 19 digit card number in the balance checker.
All funds on your Love2shop card must be used before the expiry date, or the funds will be lost.
To make sure your card details are correct in under your Name, click ‘ My Profile’ and ensure all details are correct.

In the navigation bar at the top of the page it will have a star icon and next to it the number of points you have. In your profile you can also have a look at your POINTS statement which tells and how many points you have been issues and how many you have spent.
The Love2shop Card is accepted at over 90 major UK retailers and attractions including Argos, Debenhams, Halfords, M&S, Boots and Alton Towers.
If you register your love2shop card on www.love2shop.co.uk you can; view your balance and activity, report a lost or stolen card and get exclusive offers and deals including e-codes for experience days or online spending.

Some rewards will need to be signed for – particularly if they are high value items. Please enter a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for a reward – this can either be a residential or work address.
Yes you can change your delivery address providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Please visit the 'Contact us' page with all the order details and the new delivery address required. Please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed to avoid disappointment.
Yes you can cancel your order providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Please visit the 'Contact us' page with the order details as soon as possible after you have placed the order.
Please keep your card number in a safe place as you will need this should you need to report your card lost or stolen.
In the event of you losing your card, please call our 24/7 automated service on 0844 7709015 to suspend your card. You are responsible for any unauthorised use of a lost or stolen card prior to it being reported to us. There is an admin charge of £8.90 to have a replacement card sent secure delivery
