That’s why in line with our vision statement we have invested in a new platform which includes updates to functionality that will improve the quality of your user experience. It’s never been easier to be rewarded. 

The new Toshiba Rewards platform makes it easier for you to check your points balance and make claims all from the comfort of your laptop, tablet or mobile.

As our valued customer we look forward to receiving your feedback on the new Toshiba Rewards platform and any suggestions you may have as to potential improvements that could be made in future. 

 

To qualify for Toshiba Rewards:

  • You must be a customer of Toshiba Carrier UK Limited, a customer of a Toshiba Distributor or a Toshiba Approved Re-seller.
  • You must adhere to F-Gas regulations and be Refcom registered (or equivalent) and fully compliant (F-Gas numbers must be submitted with online registration and will be regularly checked and updated).
  • You must complete all account details.
  • You must accept the terms and conditions.

Other important points to note:

  • There must be only one nominated account holder per customer. 
  • Once you’ve purchased Toshiba Air Conditioning products and have met the qualification criteria as above, you will be awarded Points which you can use to redeem your rewards!
  • Points will be awarded 60 days following month End of purchase.
  • Each point must be redeemed within 12 months of the award date.
  • Points can be exchanged for items on the Reward section of this site.
